Waxey Gordon was one of the criminal elites whose territory spanned from New York City, Newark, N.J. to Philadelphia. He would become the legendary Tom Dewey's first Big case. He was one of the last 'big' bootleggers brought to justice. Malone nabbed him in the Catskill mountains in May of 1933. I have the hand-cuffs used by my Uncle Mike.
